Shipping costs
On orders of full price items over $100 shipping is FREE Australia wide.
Orders under $100 and sale items will incur a $10 shipping charge.
Shipping information:
Orders will usually be processed within 1-2 working days.
Most orders should be received within 2-3 working days for East Coast destinations and capital cities. Shipments to other areas within Australia should take approximately 4-5 working days. We will then quote you for any additional charges that may be incurred to ship this order by express post or courier.
We use both Australia Post and courier services for the shipment. For delivery by courier a signature is required on receipt, so please make sure you provide a delivery address that is attended during regular business hours.
In the unlikely event that we do not have the item you ordered in stock we will try to order it in for you especially. In this case we will contact you by e-mail or phone within 48h to advise you of the expected delay on your order, or to discuss alternatives if we are unable to get the item in for you.
International shipping:
Balmoral Boards Narrabeen cannot ship certain products outside Australia due to arrangements with suppliers. If you want to order a specific item and you live outside Australia please send us an e-mail at web@balmoralboards.com.au and we will tell you if we are able ship this item overseas. We will then also quote on the international shipping costs.
