By completing the membership registration process, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below, the Balmoral Boards Conditions of Use, the Balmoral Boards Privacy Policy, and any other terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers displayed elsewhere on the Balmoral Boards.

If you object to these terms and conditions or any subsequent modifications to them, or become dissatisfied with your membership of the Balmoral Boards in any way, your only remedy is to immediately:
(a) discontinue your use of the Balmoral Boards; and
(b) terminate your membership by notifying Balmoral Boards in writing - please use our feedback form.

Membership Information

When registering as a member of the Balmoral Boards, you must provide Balmoral Boards with accurate, complete and up-to-date information as requested. It is your responsibility to inform Balmoral Boards of any changes to that information. You may do this at any time by clicking on the 'Update your details' section on each of the sites within the Balmoral Boards.

All personal information you provide Balmoral Boards as a member will be treated in accordance with the Balmoral Boards Privacy Policy.

Username and Password

Once you become a member of the Balmoral Boards, you will receive a username and a password. You must ensure that these remain confidential at all times since you are entirely responsible for all activities which occur under your username and password, including unauthorised use of your or any other credit card. You must notify Balmoral Boards immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your username and password.

Each username and password must be used by a single user and is not transferable.

Termination and alterations by Balmoral Boards

Balmoral Boards may at its discretion terminate your membership of, or access to, the Balmoral Boards at any time. If this happens we will notify you.

In such event:

• you are no longer authorised to access the Balmoral Boards;
• you will continue to be subject to and bound by all restrictions imposed on you by these terms & conditions; and
• all licenses granted by you and all disclaimers by Balmoral Boards and limitations of Balmoral Boards's liability set out in these terms and conditions or elsewhere on the Balmoral Boards will survive.

Updating the Balmoral Boards

Balmoral Boards may change or discontinue any feature of the Balmoral Boards including content, hours of availability and equipment required for access.

Balmoral Boards may change and update these terms and conditions, the Balmoral Boards Conditions of Use or the Balmoral Boards Privacy Policy at any time. Updated versions of these documents will be posted on the Balmoral Boards. You are responsible for ensuring that you regularly review these documents. Your continued use of the Balmoral Boards after any such changes are made will be deemed to constitute your acceptance of those changes.
