Founded by Jake Burton Carpenter in Burlington, Vermont, USA  in 1977, it’s the longest standing brand in snowboarding. Burton have been developing and producing boards, boots, bindings, outerwear and more for almost 40 years and they’re still ahead of the curve. Burton is responsible for classic boards, like the Custom and high tech ranges like the Burton AK line. The Brand also done a lot for the sport, from events like the Burton Open series and having one of the biggest and best teams in the world to building parks and getting kids who wouldn’t otherwise have access on board. From backcountry pow to urban rail missions, Burton is snowboarding.
