Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

At Balmoral Boards, we’re a proudly independent, locally owned snowboard shop that’s been serving riders for 20 years. We’re passionate about providing the best gear and service to our customers, and our returns policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can continue offering top-quality products and advice.


Change of Mind

We offer exchange or store credit for items returned due to a change of mind. To be eligible, the item must be in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.


Incorrect Sizing

If your item doesn’t fit, we’re happy to exchange it for the correct size (subject to stock availability) to ensure you get the right gear for your next ride.

We will not refund any Delivery Fees that you have paid at purchase, nor the cost of return postage or any packaging you provide to send the items back to us.

 

Return Conditions

Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Items must be in their original, unworn/unused condition.
We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods before processing an exchange or refund.

Please use appropriate packaging.
Do not tape up product box, it should be sent in a satchel or box as to not damage product packaging. 

Balmoral Boards Narrabeen cannot be held responsible for any merchandise that is damaged, lost or stolen while being shipped back to us. Therefore we suggest that you use an insured service or a service that requires a signature on delivery like registered post.

 

Faulty or Warranty Claims

If you receive a faulty product or experience a warranty issue, we’ll provide a full refund, replacement, or repair as per Australian Consumer Law.

If you happen to receive an item with any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us right away. We'll gladly assist you through the process and work together to quickly resolve any problems - we may ask you to share some photos of the damage, defect, or issue. Your cooperation and additional information will help us better assess the situation and assist you effectively.

All products come with full Manufacturers Warranty.
