Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges

We offer hassle-free returns for 30 days from the date of purchase. Conditions of returns can be found below:

  1. As long as the return is initiated within 30 days of receipt of the order confirmation email;
  2. Items must be unworn and unused and in a saleable condition with the original tags still attached; 
  3. Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition, including sealed boxes, boot and binding boxes;
  4. Returns can be made in-store or by post, oversized and bulky items may incur a 20% restocking fee.

Once determined the return is compliant, you will have the following options:

  1. Refund the price of the product returned via your original payment method (full-priced items only);
  2. Provide you with a store credit worth 100% of the price of the product returned; or
  3. Exchange the product for another size or item, subject to availability.

We will not refund any Delivery Fees that you have paid at purchase, nor the cost of return postage or any packaging you provide to send the items back to us.

Please use appropriate packaging.
Do not tape up product box, it should be sent in a satchel or box as to not damage product packaging. 
We reserve the right to refuse the return of items that are not in saleable condition.

Balmoral Boards Narrabeen cannot be held responsible for any merchandise that is damaged, lost or stolen while being shipped back to us. Therefore we suggest that you use an insured service or a service that requires a signature on delivery like registered post.

We're committed to providing you with the best products possible. If you happen to receive an item with any issues, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us right away. We'll gladly assist you through the process and work together to quickly resolve any problems - we may ask you to share some photos of the damage, defect, or issue. Your cooperation and additional information will help us better assess the situation and assist you effectively.

All products come with full Manufacturers Warranty.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
