The Octave is a mid flexing all mountain boot designed for comfort and performance. The Zonal BOA® Fit System allows you to tighten the upper and lower sections of the boot independently. Let’s break this down- When you pull the liner lace, it’s actually going to pull the the top of the boot tight while securing the tongue of the boot over your foot and pushing your heel into the heel pocket. Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness
This RIDE specific technology offers a secure fit in the ankle zone and eliminates the need for a traditional internal harness. The tongue integrated BOA® guides provides total tongue closure and next level heel hold without the potential pressure points. Depending on the model, Tongue Tied™ is paired with the traditional lace, BOA® Zonal or BOA® Coiler Fit System.

• TX3 Lacing: A non-stretch textile soft lace engineered to perform as strong as cable.

• Flex Lite 2.0 Outsole: Improves impact absorption with +SLIME midsole, stability and traction is maintained flex by utilizing Rubber pods underfoot. Unique channels allow for improved performance freestyle feel.

• Fusion Rubber: RIDE’S rubber compound that utilizes up to 30% reground rubber to reduce the amount of virgin rubber going into the outsole and reduce our “footprint” on the environment.

• Impacto PRIMO insole: Single density 3D formed insole with +slime foam. +slime hi-rebound foam is a proprietary foam blend that offers improved comfort and response underfoot.
